The members of Kinex Plus have delivered successful projects since 1985. Our portfolio includes a wide range of multi residential, subdivision planning, apartments, interior fit-outs, industrial projects, galleries, wineries, hotel and resort work.

1. Initial Construction
This is where you tell us your vision. What’s on your wishlist, what are your dislikes, and what is your budget. We’ll then send you a proposal with a step by step action plan including pricing and timeframes. This is an opportunity for us to learn your brief and for you to ask any questions.
Note: We may also need to look over existing plans, geotechnical reports, and council and district plan requirements.

2. Concept
Here is where your vision comes to life. We bring together the initial design brief and all relevant property information and present it to you in a 3D model to give you a clear visual of the concept. All of the plans will be provided for you to review.

3. Develop Design
From your feedback on the concept design, we develop an accurate model which includes all internal configurations and all the small details. During this phase, you are able to make decisions on specific details such as windows and doors joinery design. Then, we are able to send the drawing blanks to other consultants and a structural engineer if required.

4. Resource Consent
Once you have Land Use Consent and any parties that may be affected by the process have been consulted, we are then able to prepare a Resource Consent Design Package. This includes coloured plans, elevations, and all design factors. This package can then be signed by affected parties and submitted to the council.

5. Building Consent
Taking into account information from all other consultants, we produce Building Consent documents meeting all current NZBC codes and regulations.

6. Construction Management and Observation
We are able to provide construction observation services to ensure the quality of the building process meets the documentations provided, and more importantly, meets your expectations. This includes site meetings or giving instructions to the builder on your behalf.
